The 2011-2012 cost for membership is as follows:

Any reinstated member is assessed an administrative fee of $20.00 by PMAC.
The membership year is January through December. Our enrollment process is administered by ISM.
Please click here to Join "PMA of Cleveland ISM Affilate 06-130". Please note that during the months of October, November and December, you will be directed to call toll-free to the ISM Customer Service at 800-888-6276, extension 401 as your membership will be prorated for a 13, 14 or 15-month membership. This consolidates membership billing for ISM to once a year. They will also assist you in your membership application at that same time.
